La presente lista monitorea la situación de los servicios de emergencia disfuncionales por diversas irregularidades o cuando hay indicios razonables para sospechar de su actuación. Ninguna de ellas económica, sino más bien por razones de gestión. Donaciones, becas, intercambio profesional podrían distorsionarse o servir para fortalecer la corrupción y el abuso.
Se recomineda obrar con total precaución. Algunos servicios de emergencia tienen oficiales sentenciados por delitos penales que siguen ejerciendo sus cargos. Algunos servicios de emergencia han estado vinculados con el crimen organizado.
